Slice4 HDMI
$749.00

Slice4 HDMI / Slice4 HDBasetT

Slice a single 4K output from your Mac into four separate HDMI signals. Use SLICE4 to connect four projectors to a single port on any Mac, then use software like QLab or MadMapper to map them separately.

Unlike other display slicers which compromise on image quality or maximum resolution, the SLICE4 uses advanced FPGA technology to prevent quality loss. All outputs are by default WUXGA 1920×1200 resolution, the same as most theatrical projectors. Outputs can be configured to 1920×1080 using the excellent Mac app BetterDisplay Pro.

SLICE4 is designed to be plug-and-play, with no complex configuration software or confusing menus to navigate. Just connect it to your Mac with the included USB-C to DisplayPort cable and tell your video mapping software to use it as a 2x2 slicer.

Includes

  • Slice4 HDMI

  • 3ft USB-C to DisplayPort adapter cable

  • Locking 12V power adapter

Slice4 orders may take up to 14 days to fulfill as we ramp up production

Slice4 HDBaseT
$989.00

Slice4 HDMI / Slice4 HDBasetT

Slice a single 4K output from your Mac into four separate HDBaseT signals. Use SLICE4 to connect four projectors to a single port on any Mac, then use software like QLab or MadMapper to map them separately.

HDBaseT is transmitted over basic Cat5e/Cat6 cables and can be transmitted much greater distances than HDMI. Most professional projectors have HDBaseT input. Slice4 can transmit HDBaseT up to 230 feet.

Professional Video Connections

With up to (2) combo SDI+HDMI outputs on Blackmagic Design UltraStudio cards, there’s no chance of accidentally showing the macOS desktop to an audience. Only professional media playback applications that support the Blackmagic DeckLink protocol can access these outputs.

UltraStudio cards support SDI and HDMI mirrored output at the same time, so you can connect a local reference monitor in addition to a remote projector or display.

UltraStudio cards support broadcast resolutions up to 2K (2048x1080).
DeckLink is supported by QLab, Millumin, MadMapper, ProPresenter, and more.
Confirm compatibility with your preferred playback software.

Why choose a ShowCase?

Reliability.

Every ShowCase includes interface cards and cables that are recommended by professionals and extensively tested by our team. There’s no chance of them coming unplugged mid-show, since ShowCase protects everything inside a sturdy aluminum enclosure.

Security.

Many environments, such as schools and public venues, have strict IT policies that make it hard to acquire a Mac. Or they load all computers down with show-breaking antivirus applications.

ShowCase isn’t a Mac, it’s a production appliance that will be left alone.

Tour-ability.

ShowCase Pro isn’t much bigger than the classic Mac mini dimensions. It fits in a backpack and is plug-and-play for rapid setup. No external adapters required.
